Care Guide

Luxury hair deserves luxury care. Choose your extension type below and follow these steps to keep your hair soft, shiny, and flawless.

Weft Care

  • Wash 1–2x per week with sulfate-free shampoo. Massage the scalp between rows; never scrub the beads.
  • Condition mid-lengths to ends only, keeping product off the rows.
  • Dry your rows completely every time. Never sleep on damp hair.
  • Brush with a loop brush, holding the hair at the base of the row.
  • Sleep in a loose braid on silk or satin.
  • Book your move-up every 6–8 weeks.
  • Avoid oils near the rows, chlorine, and salt water.

Clip-In Care

  • Always remove before sleeping, showering, or swimming.
  • Wash every 15–20 wears in lukewarm water with sulfate-free shampoo. Don't rub or twist.
  • Condition the lengths, then lay flat to air dry.
  • Brush before storing. Keep in the original box, a silk bag, or on a hanger.

Tape-In Care

  • Wait 48 hours after install before your first wash.
  • Use sulfate-free, alcohol-free shampoo, 1–2x per week. Wash upright.
  • Keep conditioner, oils, and alcohol away from the tape.
  • Dry the bonds completely. Keep hot tools off the tabs.
  • Sleep in a loose braid on silk or satin.
  • Book your move-up every 6–8 weeks. Never remove tape-ins yourself.

Day & Night Oil Routine

Extensions don't get natural oils from your scalp, so a little oil every day keeps them soft, shiny, and tangle-free.

Day

  • After styling, warm 1–2 drops of a lightweight oil between your palms.
  • Smooth it over the mid-lengths to ends to tame frizz, add shine, and protect from sun and wind.
  • Less is more. Add another drop only if your ends still feel dry.

Night

  • Before bed, apply 2–3 drops to the ends for deeper overnight moisture.
  • Braid loosely and sleep on silk or satin.
  • Clip-ins: apply after you take them out, then let them rest flat or on a hanger.

Where to Apply

  • Wefts and tape-ins: keep oil at least 2–3 inches below your rows or tape. Oil at the root can cause slipping.
  • Clip-ins: mid-lengths to ends only, never on the clips.

Golden Rules

  • Go sulfate-free.
  • Heat protectant every time; keep tools at 350Β°F or below.
  • Brush gently from the ends up with a loop brush.
  • Oil your ends day and night, never the roots.
  • Silk or satin at night.
