Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your selected shipping method and carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability will be displayed at checkout if applicable. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Celestial Hair Co. is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Celestial Hair Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Celestial Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
