At Celestial Hair Co., we take pride in providing premium, luxury hair extensions and professional tools. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we have the following refund policy in place.

Hair Extensions

  • All hair extension sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair extensions once they have been delivered.
  • This includes, but is not limited to: wefts, tape-ins, clip-ins, and any hair extension products.

Tools & Accessories

  • Tools and accessories may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The item is unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resellable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your customer service email].
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Order Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or refused packages.
