Chemical Alteration Policy

Celestial Hair Co. extensions are professionally colored prior to purchase. Any additional coloring or chemical alteration is performed at the customer’s or stylist’s own discretion and risk.

Once the hair has been colored, toned, bleached, lightened, permed, chemically treated, or otherwise altered, Celestial Hair Co. can no longer guarantee the final color result, tone, texture, or condition of the hair.

Extension hair may process differently than natural hair. Celestial Hair Co. is not responsible for undesired color results, color changes, or damage that occurs after chemical alteration.

Chemically altered hair is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or replacement for issues resulting from the alteration.

If you believe there is a defect or quality concern, please contact Celestial Hair Co. before applying color, toner, bleach, or any other chemical treatment so the hair can be evaluated in its original condition.

A strand test is strongly recommended before altering the full set of extensions.
